Gipsy Point’s Lakeview Apartments provide luxury with magnificent water views. Each Lakeview apartment has a spacious deck with outdoor dining furniture and sun lounges. Huge picture windows along the front of the lounge and dining areas provide tremendous water views with our landscaped gardens in the foreground. Well established native gardens in front of the apartments provide a haven for numerous birds including wrens, honeyeaters and whip birds.

The apartments are luxuriously and tastefully appointed for stays of even extended durations. The morning winter sun streams into the north east facing decks and lounges making the apartments an ideal winter escape. With wide shady verandahs, split system air conditioners and excellent flow through ventilation a pleasant indoor environment is provided year round. A comfortable two and half seat sofa and two lounge chairs are provided for relaxing in. Entertainment facilities include a Colour TV and video player. Our Direct Dial Phones are compatible with modems.

As a two bedroom apartment, the Lakeview Apartments are ideal for two couples with an ensuite for each bedroom. Two couples can enjoy the privacy of their own bedroom and bathroom whilst sharing living, dining and kitchen facilities. One bedroom has a queen sized bed, and the other bedroom can be configured with either a king sized bed or alternatively 2 single beds.

As a one bedroom apartment, the Lakeview apartments are extremely spacious. The bedroom can be configured with either a king sized bed or two single beds.

Full kitchen facilities allow guests to dine on gourmet meals in the comfort of their apartment. Kitchen appliances include a dishwasher, cook top, convection microwave and two door refrigerator. Naturally all crockery, cutlery and utensils are provided. Alternatively a BBQ in our gardens or at picnic areas beside the Mallacoota Lakes can be very enjoyable. Dining out options include a number of restaurants, hotels and cafes in the district.

Laundry facilities include a washing machine, clothes drier, iron and ironing board.
